New Contacts

I wore my new contacts to school yesterday. To no surprise, nobody commented to me on it, except 4 people....>o<

Well, it's not so cold as much anymore around my home. The Bradford pear trees are blossoming (the tree with the white flowers that smell like fish), the sun is shining, the flowers are blooming, the clover patches are appearing, the dogwood flowers are blooming, daffodils are growing, lilacs are appearing....and to top it off, it isn't 50ºF anymore in the afternoon!!

The prom is next week....WHOOOOOOOOOOOO!! I'm excited!

My friend, Summer, let me borrow her Volume 6 of Gravitation manga. Can't wait to read it.

I'm still looking for the next Brad x Colin show, on Colin's website, but the events page doesn't seem to show any North Carolina listings yet.

Better luck next time. ^_^

The other day, I got to see my prom dress for the first time! It's black with rhinestones going down the middle of the front. It also has an open back. ^_^ Hopefully that will interest J.D. at the prom. I also got my class ring the other day. Tis' very beautiful! ^_~

I had to take the darn dreaded SAT this morning....oh gawd it was so unbearable....

It was in our school cafeteria. There were over 30+ students in there, some were from different schools (seeing as I never seen them before). We had to take our admission ticket, I.D., and number # 2 pencils.

The test had 10 sections - many 25 minutes long, some 20 minutes, and the last one was 10 minutes. There was also a 25-minute essay at the start of the test. The test had three math sections and seven reading/grammar sections. The math was really hard for me - I guessed on 98% of the questions. I hope I did okay....

I forgot to mention....that....today....my grandmother passed away....

She was in the hospital (down in Florida, some 300+ miles away) because of a really bad stroke. She turned into a vegetable. She was 96 years old.

And, yet, when my mom told me the news after she picked me up from testing today, I did not cry. I was shocked. In disbelief.

I've accepted it that she's gone. I'm okay....

This weekend, I went to the beach house with my family.

My sister brought her friend/our cousin Sarah along. Since there was nothing to do down there, we watched movies the whole time cuz there's no cable.

We walked on the beach Saturday.

OH YEAH! My Animal Crossing game came in the mail Friday!! YAY!! ^__^

This upcoming Saturday, though, I gotta take the S.A.T., which sucks. Horrendously. >_<'

I'm starting to give up on my crush, J.D. He obviously likes another girl, and not me. So, I've lost all hope for a relationship with him....*sigh* :'^(

I was probably not meant to have a relationship.... *sigh*

Nothing much happened at school today. Except us Juniors had to go to the auditorium for some stupid assembly (which was about college information).

There was a pizza party during lunch today for certain students, and I went to it. Guess who I saw. I saw J.D.! He was sitting by himself at first, and I wanted to go sit with him and chat....but I didn't....stupid shyness!! I was so mad at myself.

And after school, when I was walking to the buses, I saw my friend, Dustin, and I started walking to the bus with him (he rides my bus), and chatting. I saw J.D. heading towards us and my first instinct was to turn my head to break eye contact. But I didn't. I dunno if he saw me or not. Because I remember in computer class last semester he loved to act comical. He started acting like a rap sings, and Dustin laughed, and J.D. went on his way and got on his bus.

I did some research a while ago, and I found a quiz to determine if a guy likes you. When I was in computer class with him last semester he did these things on the quiz: 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, and sometimes 10.

One day we had to get in groups in there to do an on-line review quiz for the exam that was several weeks away at the time. I was talking to my friend, Michelle, and I said I hate working in groups. She asked me why, and I said that people think I'm weird. J.D. joined our group, and Michelle asked him, "Do you think Jordan is weird?". He looked at me (eye-contact), and said to me, "No, I don't think you're weird." ^^

Everyday we worked in groups. Every question, he asked me and Michelle what we thought the answer was. For example, I would be sure the answer's C, but Michelle would say A. J.D. turned to me, and jokingly said, "If you get this wrong, you're gonna have to take all your clothes off and run around the classroom naked", or "If you get this wrong, then I'm going to have to kiss you". It was hawt, but I never got answers wrong. ^^

Then one time this boy was trying to push his chair through our aisle (small aisle) and I scooted very close up to the desk. J.D. did too, and he was nearly touching my shoulder. ^^

If he started talking to MIchelle, we would be wasting time, so I grabbed the mouse and started clicking answers. He caught me, and grabbed my hand away. ^^ When he was talking again I would grab the mouse and click answers I thought were right. If you got it wrong the webpage would tell you in a pop-up, and and X would be placed next to the question. When he grabbed my hand away a second time, he went and checked back. I got like 5 questions wrong, and he playfully criticised me. I said I was the smartest person in the group, and he grinned and scoffed, and said, "Yeah, right."

When he wasn't clicking answers, but talking he would use double-entendres, and pick up a ruler and hold it in a suggestive way. I remember a couple of times he was sitting too close for comfort next to me.

I found out how you can tell if a guy/girl likes you. Look at their eyes. The pupils would be dilating. ^_^ If I talk to him soon, I would check his eyes. ^^

Hopefully J.D. will....like me....

(Oh yeah, satoXic, please tell me what your new e-mail address is so I can show you pictures of what my crush looks like. He's one-year-younger than me.)

We had a half-day today at school, meaning instead of 2:50, school got over at 12:00. Dunno why, but....who freaking cares?!?!

I saw J.D. at lunch today, and my gawd, he had on that orange hoodie that I think looks so good on him. ^^

Speaking of lunch, 1st Lunch and 2nd Lunch were combined, because of the short-day schedule. When I walked in, for some reason, there was a bird trapped in the cafeteria! 0_o'

Everyone started freaking out, man. There's a superstition around our town that if a bird flies into a building, then it means someone....is going to die. All these girls were freaking out, some were shivering. I was getting scared, too. In my Freshman year, there was a boy named Stephen P. One day when he was in the gym, a bird flew into the building. Two months later, he got into a car crash and died. That's how the superstition started.

I hope nothing bad happens....

Man, I had to stay after school today to make two tests up in U.S. History because I was sick on those days at school. . . .

I went to see my dad in the hospital, and the doctor said he could be in there for a while. His leg's swelled up pretty bad, and it's red. He's going to have to have surgery. I hope they wouldn't have to amputate it. That'd be horrible. . . .

We watched The Crucible today in class, but we didn't finish it.

Oh yeah. . . . . .

Did I forget to mention that a boy in my Graphic Design class today, caused by a dare (and money) drank some blue paint? On purpose?! (It was non-toxic, though!) 'Fraid not. . . .!

I hate Valentine's Day....

Yes, I hate it....

As I watched boyfriends give their girlfriends gifts, kisses, and hugs at school today, I felt like the loneliness person on Earth.

I was expecting J.D. to walk up to me, give me a secretValentine, or just to say hi, but he never did..............

I'm so in love with him it hurts....but I doubt he cares.........

Feb. 10th, 2007

Since Wednesday, I have been very sick. I have a sore throat, and I don't feel like, well, eating anything. All I have been eating is soup (chicken noodle and vegetable) and Coca-Cola. I have not been to the doctor, though.

What I have is probably my allergies acting up, or just simply a cold. Colds have been going around rather fast at school. At first I thought I had strep throat, but if you have that, then you would see white sploches in the back of your throat. But, I don't.

My throat area is pretty swollen, though. I'm hoping to get better by Monday, because going to school sick sucks. I've already stayed home from school Thursday and Friday, and I'm hoping I don't have that much work to make up. Especially for U.S. History. Jeez, that lady loves to give us work!!

Please hope that I get better soon.

I Can't Believe it....

J.D. replied back!!!! OMG I am the most happiest 17-year-old girl in the world!! WHEEEEEEEEE!!

^_^ He replied!!

But, the note read,

Of course I remember you and Michelle, and I think your a nice girl too. I'm sorry to tell you this but someone already asked me and said yes. I am really sorry.

Well, I'm not upset that he couldn't take me to the prom. I'm glad he replied! And, he thinks I'm a really nice gal!

I detected a tone of regret in the last sentence of the note.

Hopefully, when I go to the prom, and he sees what I look like, hecks yeah he'll regret it!

I'm hoping we could be friends or something. . . . . .

Who knows. . . . . . . . .?
